How you run

Oracles listen at a different depth. While a meeting discusses the schedule, you are tracking the current beneath it — who feels unheard, which yes meant no, what nobody is saying and everybody knows. This reading happens without effort and without applause; you simply cross a room's threshold and start receiving. Days later, your quiet prediction about how it would all unfold comes true again.

Your paradox is warmth behind a locked door. Few people are read as easily as you read them, yet almost no one is granted the reverse view. You give counsel generously and confide rarely; when you finally do open, it is total — the whole inner archive, offered to perhaps three people in a lifetime. Everyone else mistakes your privacy for serenity.

You are steered by principles you have carried since childhood and would carry into exile. That idealism is quiet but load-bearing: you can accommodate almost any style, and almost no violation of what you believe people owe each other. The cost of your open receivers is absorption — other people's weather moves through you, and some storms take up residence longer than their owners kept them.

In love

You want one person, known completely, for the long arc — casual connection exhausts you faster than solitude ever could. As a partner you are perceptive to the point of telepathy, devoted, and slow to anger; the danger is that you quietly meet needs no one asked you to meet while your own go unstated. Say what you need in plain words. The people who love you are not being careless; they simply cannot read minds, and you can.

At work

Your best work happens where insight about people becomes help for people: counseling, teaching, writing, medicine, thoughtful leadership of small teams. You need meaning the way others need salary, a door you can sometimes close, and colleagues who do not mistake quiet for absence. Open-plan chaos and purely transactional cultures will spend you down fast. Given depth and purpose, you become the person the whole organization privately consults before anything important.
